1. About the Service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the EO New Jersey Event Assistant on WhatsApp (the “Service”), operated by New Jersey Young Entrepreneur’s Organization, Inc., d/b/a EO New Jersey (“EO New Jersey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Access
The Service is intended for authorized EO members and other persons whom EO permits to use it. The Service compares the mobile number associated with your WhatsApp account with information available through EO Global systems to determine whether access should be allowed.
3. What the Service Does
The Service may use EO Global APIs to provide event information, display event attendee or registration information made available to authorized members, and submit event registrations at your request.
Registration is effective only when the Service or EO Global confirms the registration. Event-specific eligibility rules, fees, cancellation terms, guest rules, and other event conditions continue to apply.
4. Member Information Is Confidential
Member and attendee information is provided only for legitimate EO community and event purposes. You may not scrape, export, republish, sell, share outside EO, use for mass messaging, or use member information for unsolicited marketing, fundraising, investment solicitation, or other prohibited solicitation.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service or EO systems, submit fraudulent registrations, transmit unlawful or harmful content, or violate EO bylaws, policies, codes of conduct, or applicable law.
6. Automated Responses
The Service uses automated processing to interpret messages and complete requested actions. Automated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review event details before confirming an action. If a response conflicts with information in EO Global systems, the EO Global record controls.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party services, including WhatsApp/Meta and EO Global systems. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or processing outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
Applied Dynamic Solutions, LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, source code, system architecture, reusable components, integrations, and related technology used to provide the Service, except for materials owned by EO or other third parties.
EO New Jersey is granted the rights necessary to use the Service for its authorized organizational purposes, subject to the applicable agreement between EO New Jersey and Applied Dynamic Solutions, LLC. Entrepreneurs’ Organization, EO New Jersey, and their respective licensors retain all rights in EO names, logos, trademarks, member data, event data, content, and other EO-provided materials.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Additional rights for individuals protected by European data protection law are described in our GDPR Data Protection Notice.
10. Availability, Suspension, and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time, including for security, maintenance, policy compliance, loss of API access, or misuse. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that automated responses will be error-free. EO New Jersey is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
